The TEC718 Manual Dry Dust Collection removes dust from the shop work environment. This manual dry dust collection system removes air born dust from the fabrication work area. Air filtration is important in stone fabrication. It measures 154.72″ x 43.31″ x 96.46″. Additionally, the TEC718 offers durable and sturdy stainless steel construction. It also removes 99.99% of the dust particles in the workspace. This is even more important now that OSHA is increasing the requirements for Silica in the stone industry. These additional requirements make it a good time to consider adding a dry dust collection system to your stone fabrication shop.
Simple to Use Design
The TEC718 Dry Dust Collection System offers simple operation. When the motor is running, the collector draws in stone dust. Specially designed cloth filtering sleeves filter air as it passes through the unit and circulates back into the shop. However, dust particles are captured and not allowed through the filters. The filtering sleeves retain the stone dust in the catch basin at the bottom of the dry collection system. A fabricator empties the catch basin that holds the dust. Furthermore, some fabricators choose to empty the catch basin each day. Yet, others decide that the machine needs emptied weekly.
3 Foot Extension Enclosure
This dry dust collection system features an enclosure measuring 3 feet in length. The extension improves the air current generated by the vacuum. Hence, it draws the dust into the collection system more efficiently. Another benefit to having the enclosure added is increased efficiency.
